- 3 Cos Leaf Shredded
- 1 Turkey Bacon Rasher
- 1tb Parmesan Grated
- 1tb Caesar Dressing
- 1/2 Avocado cubed
- 3 Parmesan Crisps
Method

- Cut ingredients as listed.
- I had premade the parmesan crisps a couple if days before.
- Assemble cos in centre of platevin a circle.
- Top with avocado.
- Spread turkey bacon evenly around and between the avocado.
- Sprinkle parmesan.
- Add dressing near base of cos.
- Place crisps in middle.
