  • 3 Cos Leaf Shredded
  • 1 Turkey Bacon Rasher
  • 1tb Parmesan Grated
  • 1tb Caesar Dressing
  • 1/2 Avocado cubed
  • 3 Parmesan Crisps

Method

  1. Cut ingredients as listed.
  2. I had premade the parmesan crisps a couple if days before.
  3. Assemble cos in centre of platevin a circle.
  4. Top with avocado.
  5. Spread turkey bacon evenly around and between the avocado.
  6. Sprinkle parmesan.
  7. Add dressing near base of cos.
  8. Place crisps in middle.
