
Found these in supermarket. They are the same as what my Thai Restaurant sells. It comes in 4 square blocks for $5 (which gives me 8 triangles).
I cut 2 squares into triangles for 1 serve =100g (= 4 triangles)
Serves 1
- 3 Baby Cos Lettuce leaf
- 1/4 Small Carrot julienne
- 1/2 Radish sliced downwards.
- 1 sprig fresh coriander.
- 2 Squares Soyco Malaysian Peanut Satay Tofu cut into triangles
- 1tb crushed peanuts
- 1tb Cook with Barb Peanut Sauce
Method
- Heat packet tofu in microwave for 1 minute as per directions on packet.
- Make salad. Cut ingredients as listed. Put in 1 corner of plate.
- Place tofu on greaseproof paper.
- Top tofu with sauce downwards.
- Sprinkle nuts on top.
- Garnish with coriander.
