
Boil eggs in egg maker has saved time and you get a quick protein hit.
Tip: If you want to do them without a egg maker bring pot of water to boil on stove. Add 1tb vinegar and swirl like a whirlpool in the water anti clockwise with a spoon. Add egg while it swirls and cook for 7 minutes. Put them in bowl with cold water before peeling. If you want to precook them then leave shell on and store in tupperware with lid. Then refrigerate until needed.
Great for any time of the day.
I usually serve mine with salad or protein added with vegetables. They can be good for snack time too.
Eggs can be served several ways.
- Omelette
- Boiled
- Poached
- Pan fried in non stick skillet with evoo cooking spray.
- Microwave
To cook in microwave break the egg in a microwave mug. Pierce the middle of yolk with knife tip. Microwave for 30 second Intervals.
For poached in a microwave poacher it’s 40 seconds.
To poach without a poacher: in microwave mug or ramekin fill water to halfway. Crack egg in water. Microwave for 30 seconds. Open door of microwave then shut it and cook further 30 seconds.
