  • 100g Roast Pork
  • 1tb EVOO
  • 1tsp Penang Curry Paste
  • 1tb Watee
  • 1/4 Red Capsicum cut into strips
  • 5 Snow Peas Cut on diagonal
  • 1tb Red Boat Fish Sauce
  • 1/2tsp Palm Sugar
  • 1tsp Kaffir Lime Leaf
  • 1 Ayam Triangle Coconut Milk

Method

  1. Slice Roast Pork into Cubes. (*bought hot roast pork at foodworks)
  2. Cook paste in oil.
  3. Add all ingredients in skillet and stir fry for about 5 minutes until all mixed through.
