
Serves 1
- 100g Roast Pork
- 1tb EVOO
- 1tsp Penang Curry Paste
- 1tb Watee
- 1/4 Red Capsicum cut into strips
- 5 Snow Peas Cut on diagonal
- 1tb Red Boat Fish Sauce
- 1/2tsp Palm Sugar
- 1tsp Kaffir Lime Leaf
- 1 Ayam Triangle Coconut Milk
Method
- Slice Roast Pork into Cubes. (*bought hot roast pork at foodworks)
- Cook paste in oil.
- Add all ingredients in skillet and stir fry for about 5 minutes until all mixed through.
