

Another favourite meal
Serves 1
- 150g Chicken fillet or BBQ Chicken
- 2Tb Coles Mushroom Sauce Pouch
- 1 cup Steamed Seasonal Greens/Vegetables
Method
- Cook chicken to your liking eg poached/steamed/panfry/baked/ pressure cooker or use a bbq chicken breast. Reheat chicken 2 minutes in microwave if precooked a few days before.
- Cut corner of sauce pouch. Microwave for 40 seconds.
- Steam greens or cook vegetables in microwave dish for 2-3minutes.
- Plate up.
- Enjoy!
