
This is the classic Greek salad my version.
serves 1
- 1 handful Mixed leaf
- 5-6 cherry tomatoes or perino tomatoes
- 5 slices cucumber
- 15g goat’s cheese
- 1-2 slices red onion
- 1tb sliced black olives
- 1tb evoo
- 1/4-1/2 fresh lemon juiced
