Cook with Barb: Pan Fried Mixed Greens

Another recipe from past. Makes a great side just add your protein.

Serves 1

Simply stirfry in pan until vegetables are cooked but not mushy.

  • Zucchini
  • Celery
  • Green beans cabbage
  • Shallots
  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Cumin
  • Paprika
  • Organic butter
  • EVOO
