
A quick fix meal. Use boiled egg you cooked earlier in the week and meal is ready in 5 minutes.
Serves 1
- 1 Seaweed snack pack
- 2 boiled organic egg
- 50g bbq chicken
- 1tb kewpie mayo
- 1/2 avocado
Method
- Remove shell from the eggs and slice.
- Put eggs on plate with remaining ingredients.
- Tip: if you don’t have the seaweed snack from Aldi packs use a nori (sushi) sheet and cut it into 4.
