
I don’t put croutons in my caesar salads. I use Turkey bacon instead of pork bacon.
Serves 1
- 150g bbq chicken
- 2 turkey bacon rasher
- 2 large cos leaf shredded
- 1tb parmesan
- 1tb caesar dressing
- *no croutons or egg
Method
- Cut cos into shreds and place on serving plate.
- Cook bacon cover with microwave plate cover and cook in microwave for 45 seconds each side. Then cut into bite size pieces.
- Heat chicken if you like it hot for 2 minutes in microwave on a plate. Shred chicken into bite size pieces. Place on top of the cos.
- Sprinkle over the parmesan.
- Add dressing on top.
- Enjoy!
