Salad: Chicken lemon garden salad

Serves 1

  • 1x my garden salad
  • 150g Chicken thigh fillets
  • 1/2 lemon

Method

  1. Cook chicken to your liking. Eg microwave steamer 7 minutes not frozen or 10 min frozen or bake in evoo 180*c preheated oven for 20 minutes
  2. Make salad and put on plate.
  3. Slice lemon in half in wedges. Add to serving plate.
  4. Add cooked chicken.
  5. Any pan juices I drink separately or pour over chicken.
