Using up ingredients.  I love buying the roast pork from local takeaway where they do BBQ chicken. 

Serves 1

  • 150g Roast Pork
  • 1 Roast Potato
  • 1/2 cup Beans
  • 1tb Mint Sauce

Other

  • 1 Bundaberg diet ginger beer with juice of 1 lime

Method

  1. Place all food on microwave plate. Cover with microwave plate cover. No need to cook beans first.
  2. Reheat for 2 minutes
  3. Drizzle mint sauce on top
  4. Enjoy!
