
Using up ingredients. I love buying the roast pork from local takeaway where they do BBQ chicken.
Serves 1
- 150g Roast Pork
- 1 Roast Potato
- 1/2 cup Beans
- 1tb Mint Sauce
Other
- 1 Bundaberg diet ginger beer with juice of 1 lime
Method
- Place all food on microwave plate. Cover with microwave plate cover. No need to cook beans first.
- Reheat for 2 minutes
- Drizzle mint sauce on top
- Enjoy!
