
Serves 1
- 1 frozen basa fillet
- 1/2 avocado sliced
- 3 cos leaf
- 5 perino tomatoes
- 1 lemon wedge
Method
- Place basa in microwave steamer. Cook for 7-10 minutes until no longer pink.
- Make salad on plate.
- Serve with lemon wedge to sprinkle the juice on fish and salad. No dressing needed.
