What’s in the basket this week?

Foodworks on special @ $8.99 each large BBQ Chickens.

This weekend only

Mother’s Day weekend they sold whole bbq chicken on special so I got 2 and froze them.

After pulling them apart, I weighed the meat without bones and put them into 150g serves. It made 8 x 150g containers. So It is easy to  grab one serve when I need a meal.
