• 2 organic eggs
• 2 turkey bacon rasher

Method

1. Crack eggs into microwave poacher and cook in 30 second intervals. Approx 40-50seconds total
2. Cook bacon in microwave plate covered for 1 minute 30 seconds
3. Plate up. Remove eggs with a spoon from poacher.
4. Enjoy
