Cook with Barb: Turkey Bacon & Eggs

You can do the eggs however you like.

Serves 1

  • 2 organic eggs
  • 2 turkey bacon rasher
  • 1x my garden salad

Method

  1. Cook eggs and bacon in non stick skillet with evoo cooking spray. Turn bacon after 3-4minutes.
  2. Make salad while you wait.
