I get 3 salads and 2x 1/4 piece bbq chicken from 1 meal

There are 9 salads to choose from. (Not all their salads are diabetic friendly. ) My choices vary from each order: Garden, Greek, Rocket, Caesar, Coleslaw. You can also have the option of 1/4 chicken or 1/2 chicken .

The roast pork dinner I get gravy in separate container and this meal does 2-3 serves for me.

I get 2 serves from bbq chicken dinner.
