- 4 organic eggs beaten
- 6 perino tomatoes halved
- 1/2 large zucchini sliced and halved
- 1/2cup baby capsicum
- 3 slices red onion
- 1tsp minced garlic
- 15g goat’s cheese
- 30g lactose-free cheese
- 1/4 cup lactose-free cream
- 1tsp dried oregano
- 1tdp dried basil
Method
- Preheat oven 180*c
- Chop ingredients in bite size pieces.
- Place all into casserole dish.
- Bake 40 minutes or until no longer runny
