Serves 6 slices

  • 4 organic eggs beaten
  • 6 perino tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 large zucchini sliced and halved
  • 1/2cup baby capsicum
  • 3 slices red onion
  • 1tsp minced garlic
  • 15g goat’s cheese
  • 30g lactose-free cheese
  • 1/4 cup lactose-free cream
  • 1tsp dried oregano
  • 1tdp dried basil

Method

  1. Preheat oven 180*c
  2. Chop ingredients in bite size pieces.
  3. Place all into casserole dish.
  4. Bake 40 minutes or until no longer runny
