Using up the last of the BBQ chicken I got last time.

With or without extra chicken.

Serves 1
- 2 BBQ Chicken Wings
- 1 handful lettuce
- 5 cherry tomato halved
- 2 red onion centres plus 1 middle slice
- 1tsp carrot
- 75g BBQ Chicken
- 1tb Fat-Free French Dressing
Method
- Place lettuce in the middle of the plate.
- Cut tomato in half and place in circle around the lettuce.
- Put carrot on lettuce.
- Place 50g chicken in middle of the lettuce.
- Place wings upright (remove outer bone if it won’t stand by itself)
- Sprinkle dressing on salad.
- Place red onion centres at each end of the salad. And one slice
- Sprinkle remaining chicken around outer rim of tomatoes in middle
