Using up the last of the BBQ chicken I got last time.

With or without extra chicken.

Serves 1

  • 2 BBQ Chicken Wings
  • 1 handful lettuce
  • 5 cherry tomato halved
  • 2 red onion centres plus 1 middle slice
  • 1tsp carrot
  • 75g BBQ Chicken
  • 1tb Fat-Free French Dressing

Method

  1. Place lettuce in the middle of the plate.
  2. Cut tomato in half and place in circle around the lettuce.
  3. Put carrot on lettuce.
  4. Place 50g chicken in middle of the lettuce. 
  5. Place wings upright (remove outer bone if it won’t stand by itself)
  6. Sprinkle dressing on salad.
  7. Place red onion centres at each end of the salad. And one slice
  8. Sprinkle remaining chicken around outer rim of tomatoes in middle
