

This is a simple recipe serves 2
- 250g grassfed mince beef or turkey mince
- 1tb evoo
- 1/2 packet gluten-free taco seasoning
- 1tb salsa
Options
- 1tb jalapeño
- 1tb lactose-free sour cream
- 1tb lactose-free cheese grated
- 1tb fresh coriander
- 1tb pico de gallo
Method:
- Sprinkle seasoning over mince on both sides.
- Cook mince in skillet with evoo until brown on all sides.
- Serve with salsa.
