- 2 rasher cooked Turkey Bacon sliced
- 2 organic eggs boiled & cut in half
- 1tb grated parmesan
- 3 cos lettuce leaf shredded
- 1tb caesar dressing
Method:
- Boil egg for 7 minutes and then cool in water. Peel and slice.
- Cook turkey bacon in Preheat oven 180*c for 10 minutes. Flip at half way mark. Cut into thin pieces.
- Cut cos leaf and place in circle on plate.
- Tip with bacon and parmesan leaving enough room for the egg as shown.
- Add egg.
- Drizzle dressing evenly around the salad.
- Enjoy!
