
Serves 1
- 1x my garden salad
- 150g Chicken thigh fillets
- 1/2 lemon
Method
- Cook chicken to your liking. Eg microwave steamer 7 minutes not frozen or 10 min frozen or bake in evoo 180*c preheated oven for 20 minutes
- Make salad and put on plate.
- Slice lemon in half in wedges. Add to serving plate.
- Add cooked chicken.
- Any pan juices I drink separately or pour over chicken.
