Serves 1
- 1tb evoo
- 150g mini Lamb roast
- 1 slice wombok
- 1 baby carrot sliced
- 1 celery stick sliced
- 1/4 red onion sliced
- 1/2 cup green beans
- 1 cup water
- 1tsp salt reduced chicken stock powder (massells)
Method
- Cut vegetables in similar size pieces
- Bake all together in oven in separate dishes from meat in 180*c preheated oven for 15 minutes. Turn meat cook further 10 minutes.
- Serve hot
