Mini Lamb Roast Wombok Salad

Serves 1

  • 1tb evoo
  • 150g mini Lamb roast
  • 1 slice wombok
  • 1 baby carrot sliced
  • 1 celery stick sliced
  • 1/4 red onion sliced
  • 1/2 cup green beans
  • 1 cup water
  • 1tsp salt reduced chicken stock powder (massells)

Method

  1. Cut vegetables in similar size pieces
  2. Bake all together in oven in separate dishes from meat in 180*c preheated oven  for 15 minutes.  Turn meat cook further 10 minutes.
  3. Serve hot
