
Serves 1
- 150g BBQ chicken
- 1x Greek Salad (*see separate post)
- 1tb Greek dip
- 1tb evoo
- Pinch of each dried oregano, basil
- 1/2 fresh lemon – juiced
Method
- Make Greek salad.
- Shred chicken.
- Place all together in bowl with dip and herbs.
- Drizzle with the evoo and lemon juice.
