Salad: Deconstructed

Serves 1

  • 1/2 cup cauli rice
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 100g prawns
  • 1tb kewpie mayo
  • 1 sheet nori seaweed shredded

Method

  1. Heat cauli rice in 5he middle of a microwave plate for 1 minute in microwave.
  2. Slice avocado and gently place on top of cauli rice.
  3. Place prawns on top of the avocado.
  4. Place mayo in middle for the nori to stick to.
  5. Shred the nori and place on top of the mayo.
  6. Enjoy!
