
Serves 1
- 1/2 cup cauli rice
- 1/2 avocado
- 100g prawns
- 1tb kewpie mayo
- 1 sheet nori seaweed shredded
Method
- Heat cauli rice in 5he middle of a microwave plate for 1 minute in microwave.
- Slice avocado and gently place on top of cauli rice.
- Place prawns on top of the avocado.
- Place mayo in middle for the nori to stick to.
- Shred the nori and place on top of the mayo.
- Enjoy!
